Concierge = Reservation Manager + Local Concierge
Since 1981 we own this premier luxury estate. Our company – Orion Consultings Limited – has been incorporated from 13th Day of October 1981 under the Company Act Number 243822 of Province British Columbia, Ministry of Commerce and Corporate Affairs. We built villa Orion between 2004-2007 at the location of our old cottage. From 1. March 2013 we decided to rent villa Orion. The City of Penticton approved the rental with the business license, number 14610.

Our communication with you goes in twelve steps:
Step 1: Your orientation & information requests: within 24 hours reservation manager is responding you. In “FAQ” you may find your answer.
Step 2: Your reflection & decision making: within 24 hours reservation manager is advising you. Check our availability & rates.
Step 3: Finalizing reservation: our reservation manager is mailing you the rental agreement and invoice.
Step 4. Your first 50% rental price payment: you must pay 50% of the rental price to the owner, Orion Consultings Ltd. within ten (10) business days of receipt of the invoice to confirm the booking.
Step 5. Your second 50% rental price payment: you must have paid to the owner, Orion Consultings Ltd. (cleared funds) at least sixty (60) business days before the rent commencement date.
Step 6. Your refundable 25% security deposit: you must have paid fourteen (14) days before the rent commencement date to the owner, Orion Consultings Ltd. (cleared funds).
Step 7.Relevant Information before your arrival/stay on the Property: the name of local concierge, cell phone, driving directions, main gate entry code, check-in, etc. will be mailed one (1) week before your arrival by the reservation manager.
Step 8. At your arrival on the Property: the local concierge will welcome you at the front door. And explain the utilities, the rental house rules and property’s inventory list. During a week stay the villa will be cleaned up midweek by our cleaning couple.
Step 9. During your stay on the Property: the local concierge is at your service for your personal and additional wishes.
Step 10. At the check-out & inventory control: the local concierge will strictly inspect and control the property.
Step 11. Sharing rental experiences: you are asked to write them in our guest book, in the social media and to subscribe for our newsletters. The reservation manager will mail you a review questionnaire one (1) day after your departure.
Step 12. Within a week after your departure: the reservation manager will refund your security deposit providing that all rental house rules are abided by and the property is left in the same condition as it was found upon checking-in.
