    Okanagan Wine Festivals 2018 are introducing six new events to its schedule: The Sun Peaks Wine Crawl, Coureur Des Bois Repas, Welcome to the Kamloops Wine Trail, Dessert Wines and Aromatic Cheeses, The Breadth of British Columbia Riesling and The Spirited Après. Each event has been added in direct response to feedback received from event attendees and/or an emerging trend in the market.

    The 21st Annual Sun Peaks Winter Okanagan Wine Festival is on at Sun Peaks January.     This wine festival in the Spring will enter its 24th year in 2018. It occurs during Bud Break in May each year and acts as the launch of the main wine tourism season. It offers the opportunity for wineries to open up for the main season targeting primarily regional wine tourists and Albertans. The Spring Okanagan Wine Festival is a welcome way for wine tourism to make an impact as member wineries open for the wine tourism season.
